The Training Program Department of our company has selected California State Los Angeles, University of Southern California, Pasadena City College and Feld Law firm as our contracted certification-training program and seminar providers.

2. Internal Training

a. Training for New Staffs
Morning Bridge has developed its own training programs for new staff  members to meet the increasing needs becoming quality specialists, such as tour guides, secretaries, and group operators. We evaluate new staffers in accordance to their achievements in training, independent working capabilities, and coordinate skills. New staffers receive promotions based on his or her achievements in work and training.

b. Training for Managers and Professional Staffs
In order to meet the needs of the fast growth of high technology in modern society and the management of a company to cope with these demands, we invite specialists and professors from universities to provide professional training and latest knowledge.

Although your managers can be well-educated and may have an MBA, they still need to renew their management knowledge. For example, they should put TQC knowledge into practice.

To enrich the cultural knowledge of our tour guides and to improve their scholastic abilities, we often invite professors to conduct trainings in fields such as history, anthropology, psychology and management.
