Tour Operations
As soon as a delegation schedule is confirmed, we will fax
you a US entrance form, necessary information for visiting US,
your travel
schedule, and hotel arrangements.
When
your delegation is received in the US, a tour-guide will fill
in a daily work sheet.
On the last day of your stay in the US, each delegation
leader
will fill in an evaluation form. Our office will
investigate our tour-guide's
performance, and evaluate your report to improve our
customer service and tour quality.
Every day at least one manager
will contact your delegation leader or
tour-guide to check your status.
This is done to prevent any problems before they happen
and report any difficulties to our office executives.
We guarantee to give our guests responses and solutions
for any problem within 24 hours. Our goals is, "NO
GUEST LEAVES US WITH COMPLAINTS".
